I have teamed up with six-time yoga champion, Jeffrey Rangel, to develop a mindfulness yoga workshop where you practice mindfulness meditation and yoga, simultaneously. Research has been conducted on the effects of mindfulness meditation as a great practice to reduce anxiety and depression. In addition, there are many wonderful benefits of yoga to increase physical and emotional well-being. We would be happy to set up a workshop for your group at home or work.
